How do I restore my purchase?
Open the app → tap the Pro banner or AI Coach section → tap "Restore Purchases". Your subscription will sync automatically.
Can I use Softball IQ on multiple devices?
Yes! Your subscription works on any device signed into the same Apple ID. Note: player progress is currently stored locally, so it won't transfer between devices yet.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Softball IQ → Cancel. You'll keep access until the end of your billing period.
How do coaches join a team?
The organization admin generates a coach invite code (CI-XXXXXX). Coaches enter this code on the Team page in the app.
Is the app appropriate for all ages?
Yes! Softball IQ is rated 4+ and designed for players aged 8–18, though players and coaches of all ages enjoy it.
