Incalculable LLC ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Softball IQ mobile application and the softballiqpro.com website (collectively, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide:

• Account information: If you sign in with Apple, we receive your name and email address (or Apple's relay email). You may also create an anonymous account without providing personal information.
• Support tickets: When you contact support, we collect your email address and message content.
• Organization data: Coaches and admins may provide team names, player names, and invite codes.

Information collected automatically:

• Usage data: Quiz scores, categories played, streaks, and progress — stored locally on your device.
• Device information: Device model, operating system version, and app version (collected with support tickets only).
• Analytics: We may use anonymized analytics to understand how the app is used and improve the experience.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and improve the Service
• To process subscriptions and in-app purchases (handled by Apple)
• To respond to support requests
• To send push notifications (drills, team announcements) — only if enabled
• To power the AI Coach feature (questions are sent to our AI provider; no personally identifiable information is included)

3. Data Storage & Security

Player progress (scores, streaks, XP) is stored locally on your device using UserDefaults. Organization and team data is stored in Google Firebase Firestore with industry-standard security rules. We do not sell your data to third parties.

4. Third-Party Services

• Apple (Sign in with Apple, StoreKit): For authentication and subscription management. See Apple's Privacy Policy.
• Google Firebase: For authentication, database, push notifications, and hosting. See Firebase Privacy Policy.
• Anthropic: For the AI Coach feature. Questions are sent without personally identifiable information. See Anthropic's Privacy Policy.

5. Children's Privacy

Softball IQ is designed for users aged 8 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without parental consent. The app can be used anonymously without creating an account. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at support@softballiqpro.com.

6. Your Rights

You may:

• Delete your account and associated data by contacting us
• Request a copy of your data
• Opt out of push notifications via device settings
• Use the app anonymously without providing personal information

7. Data Retention

Local app data persists until you delete the app. Firestore data (organizations, teams) is retained while your account is active. Support tickets are retained for up to 2 years. You may request deletion at any time.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
